DO's ARCHITECT

Punto De Vista is a Growing-House Project which is located in Tanjung Duren Timur area. It is made for a family with four members in it. Punto De Vista was designed by splitting the building into public and service, and private area. I put the house at the center of the site, so every room could enjoy the view that Tanjung Duren serves. Punto De Vista has a garden in the second floor, so it can be used for relaxing and playing. I learnt about how that characteristic and the pattern of daily lifestyle from specific people could affect the criteria of my design. I learnt how to search for precedent from another project which is sharing common problem that we face, and make it as a measurement towards my design. I learnt about how to put zoning in a correct order and how do it affect my building.
